The Ellipsis Quality Mark® is the standard we want affiliates to aim for and achieve. This is through the implementation of the Affiliate System with accountability and commitment to excellence.
As well as access to the full Affiliate System, this offering involves submitting some extra documentation, signing up to the Ellipsis Charter and committing long term to continual improvement and maintenance through being part of the scheme.
The format is as follows:
1) Sign the Ellipsis Quality Mark Charter to confirm commitment to the process.
2) Upload the documents outlined in the Charter for assessment.
3) Complete an online course outlining the Affiliate System and explaining what each part means and why, and how it protects you as a business.
4) Complete all 9 Gap Analysis documents
5) Implement any and all templates highlighted as recommended through the Gap Analysis process.
6) Complete all actions highlighted during an initial audit process.
An assessment will take place once the 6 steps are completed, and either the Quality Mark will be achieved, or actions will be outlined for improvement. Successful gyms will be issued a certificate and window sticker for you to display in-house. To retain the Mark, gyms are subject to an annual spot check. Gyms that pass the check, keep the Mark. Gyms who have achieved the Mark will be listed at the bottom of this page.
Successful gyms are also eligible to use Ellipsis as a mediation/escalation service for complaints, if necessary, to help resolve issues that may arise.
The cost for this service is £150 & VAT per month. Once the Quality Mark has been achieved however, the monthly subscription cost will decrease to the maintenance rate of £90 & VAT.
